MOCK EDITORIAL
The objective of this shoot was to create a textured and fashion editorial e-commerce campaign. This campaign intention and marketing target was to call minority communities back into shopping at Target through print and digital ads and email marketing. After major decline of support from DEI cuts at target simply replacing hair products was not going to bring back the community, thus the strategy of using fashion and emotionally invoking campaigns with soft lighting and texture to pull on ethos, equality, and must have comfort for fall fashion. In addition to campaigns above, the below email marketing was fully designed and created by Leana down to sweater ads and mockups in the email. Additionally Leana handled art direction, styling, location scouting, choice of photographer based on style needs, and e-commerce hair and makeup direction. Taking target from standard e-commerce with bold backgrounds and in studio shots to e-commerce editorials similar to fashion brands like H&M. Targets clothing goes beyond being grocery adjacent and having trendy discounts, targets clothing can rival mall fashion brands with this style of marketing.
